Our policy lasts 30 days and we only replace products if they are defective or damaged. That's why you must verify your products when you receive them. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.
To be eligible for an exchange, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and wait our confirmation that your product is eligible for an exchange
- Drop in a box the product and the receipt
- Mail your box to Premium Parts QC, 617, rue des Érables, Saint-Elzéar QC G0S 2J2, Canada
You will be responsible for paying for returning shipping costs of your product. However, we will take in charge shipping costs to return you the new product. Depending on where you live, the time it may takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over 100$, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged during the shipment.
