RETURN POLICY

Items purchased from Quebec Pieces Premium inc can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To initiate the return process, simply reach out to us via phone at 833-833-3232 or email at info@premiumpartsqc.com, and we’ll promptly provide you with a return label.

Cancellation of an order is only possible before the item is shipped, and in such cases, a full refund will be issued to you.

Quebec Pieces Premium inc provides free return shipping under the following conditions:

  • The items received were defective or damaged.

  • The items received were not as ordered.

  • The items received were unsuitable for your vehicle because of an inaccurate

  • The items failed to perform as expected during intended use.

Premium parts will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund if the reason for the return is one of the following:

  • The items are no longer needed

  • The items were purchased by mistake

Return Process

  1. Upon your request, we will provide you with a return label to affix to your package. If the items are unused, kindly return them in their original packaging. For used items, please ensure they are appropriately packaged to ensure safe transit and receipt on our end.
  2. The carrier will collect the package directly from your doorstep for return shipping.
  3. Upon receipt of your package, we will conduct a quick inspection before issuing your refund. The funds will be reimbursed through the original payment method used for the purchase.
