Handling time
Once we receive your order, it will be processed, packed, labeled and ready to be picked up by the carrier within 24 hours on business days. You will also receive your tracking number via email within 24 hours, and you will be able to track your order through the carrier’s website.
- Monday to Thursday, orders placed after 8 a.m. EST will be processed the following day.
- Orders placed after 8 a.m. on Fridays and on weekends and holidays will be processed on the following Monday or the next business day.

Free shipping is provided across the United States, except Alaska.
Free shipping is extended to all regions in Canada except Yukon, Northwest Territories, Labrador, and Nunavut.
